Orders
All jewelry is handmade to order in our Calgary studio. Orders currently take 5-9 business days to make, then once shipped applicable shipping times apply.
We are happy to accommodate rush orders if we can. Please contact us prior to purchase to see about possible express options and additional shipping charges.
Pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars and will be charge on your credit card in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will convert that amount based on the days current exchange rates.
Taxes
A 5% GST charge is applied to all Canadian orders. No sales tax is applied at check out for US or International orders. Ebony + Sparrow is not responsible for any taxes or duties that are charged on international shipments that may apply when the jewelry enters your country.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards from Canada, USA, the UK, Australia, and Japan.
Order Cancellations
We ship orders several times a week depending on volume. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need it cancelled. We are not responsible for additional charges for cancellations placed after we have shipped your item. Our refund and exchange policies go into affect once an order is shipped. Please give your order an extra look before submitting it to avoid any unnecessary hiccups!
Refunds and Exchanges
We are happy to do refunds or exchanges on unworn necklaces, rings and bracelets, within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not refund shipping or duty charges and the buyer is responsible for return shipping, both ways if applicable.
Earrings are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons. Thank you for your understanding. All custom orders are non-refundable.
Ebony + Sparrow reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.
