Orders

All jewelry is handmade to order in our Calgary studio. Orders currently take between  1-10 business days to make. Once shipped applicable shipping times apply. We are happy to accommodate rush orders if we can. Please contact us prior to purchase to see about possible express options and additional shipping charges.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars and will be charge on your credit card in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will convert charged amount based on the days current exchange rates.

Taxes

5% GST or provincial HST is charged on all Canadian orders (percentages subject to change when taxes are changed by the government). No sales tax is applied at check out for US or International orders. Ebony + Sparrow is not responsible for any applicable taxes or duties on US or international shipments. 

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards from Canada, USA, the UK, Australia, and Japan. If you are outside of these countries please contact us for payment options.

Order Cancellations

We ship orders several times a week depending on volume. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel it. We are not responsible for additional charges for cancellations placed after we have shipped your item. Any shipping costs cannot be refunded once an order ships.  Our refund and exchange policies go into affect once an order is shipped. Please double check your order before submitting it to avoid any unnecessary hiccups.

Refunds and Exchanges

We are happy to accept refunds or exchanges on unworn necklaces, rings and bracelets  within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be in the original packaging, including protective cover. Items must be returned in a box to avoid damage. We do not refund shipping or duty charges and the buyer is responsible for return shipping, both ways if exchanging.

All Earrings are final sales and non-refundable due to hygienic reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

All custom orders are final sales and non-refundable.

Ebony + Sparrow reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. This includes jewelry that has tarnished due to improper storage. All packaging must be included in your return.

Shipping

Processing times are between 1-10 business days before your order is shipped. This does not include shipping time once the order is in the shipping system. 
Free non tracked shipping in Canada uses Canada Post. For tracked shipping within Canada we use UPS, Fedex, Purolator, Canpar and Canada Post. US and international shipping ship with Canada Post then via your regional mail carriers. US and International courier services can be used by request. Additional cost will apply.
